At the event, celebrities sign a signature sheet. For same day handout, this needs to be completed prior to the event date (call for details). We then capture either a group or individual swing shot at the event. The photo is then merged with a custom designed border, which can have event info., sponsor logos, you name it. The final photo is then mounted to a beveled edge mat with the celebrities signatures and set in a shadow box frame with clear glass front.

delivery time

There are two options for this product.
Option One: This can be shot and processed on-site for delivery after the round is completed.

Option Two : Is to be processed 10 -14 days (business days). This time frame is based upon quantity and workload at the time of shooting. Time frame can also be less than stated. (does not include same day delivery, which is optional)

Finished items, typically, are shipped to a location of the events choosing. Each piece is enclosed in a mailing envelope with shipping label. Events will typically add a thank you letter and add postage. If the event prefers, we can complete the finishing process, letters, postage and mailing with our fulfillment service, at an extra cost.
