At Just Imagine we understand how golf events work and for that matter don't. Through the years we've seen tournaments struggle to find out who actually played in their last event, how to contact them or even just send a simple thank you or save the date.
That's why included with most of our products/services is our database creation, data-4u. It has become an essential, valuable and necessary marketing tool for all of our events and event managers have come to rely on it year after year.
Here's how it works:
- At check-in we set up a sample of the product the event ordered for each player to receive.
- In front of every check-in person is the Golf Info Form which every player is first asked if they have a business card, and if not, to neatly fill out the form.
TIP- have your check-in people keep a stapler handy in order to attach the business card to the form.
- Duplicates are made of the forms and from the originals we create an Excel® database. We then email you the database for you to look over and approve.
- Once approved, we use your database to create the mailing labels.
The database for your purposes can be used for: thank you letters, save the dates for up coming events and also next years tournament, sponsorship packages etc...
It's just one of the bonus services that helps make events that we're a part of the most successful they can be.
